Return Policy for Intimate Products

At STFC Store, we proudly offer a 30-day return policy for defective products shipped directly from the manufacturer. Your 30-day window begins the day you receive your order.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used items. We carefully source our inventory from the world's leading adult product manufacturers to ensure quality. However, occasional defects may occur, sometimes only becoming noticeable after use. Please review the guidelines below to determine if your item qualifies for a return or exchange.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will gladly offer an identical replacement or a full refund.
If the item is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you’ll need to process the replacement directly with the manufacturer. We recommend registering your eligible products upon receipt to simplify warranty claims.

Toys

Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on used sex toys.
However, if you receive a defective toy, we will replace it with an identical item. Simply follow the return instructions below and send the defective item back to us. For additional protection, we encourage you to register all eligible toys with the manufacturer to take advantage of extended warranties.

Liquids

If a liquid product arrives damaged or leaks during shipping, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. Please contact our Customer Service Team for instructions on how to proceed.

How to Return a Defective Item

2. Follow the provided instructions to return the product.

3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund according to the policy above.
