Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for products that are sent from the manufacturer that are defective.  The 30-day time frame begins when you receive your products.  

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for some items. While we carry top quality merchandise from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult products, we do occasionally receive a product that does not meet our standards. Unfortunately, we may not be aware of an issue until after your purchase. Please read below to see if your item meets our return or exchange qualifications.

If you’ve received a defective item that is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, we’ll replace it with the same item or issue a refund. If the defective item is covered under a manufacturer warranty, you’ll have to get a replacement from the manufacturer.


Because of their very personal nature, we are unable to accept returns for used sex toys. Many of our manufacturers, including Evolved, Lelo, California Exotics and more, offer more extensive product warranties when you register your product with them. We always encourage you to register eligible products in case of any product failures covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do, however, offer exchanges in the event that you receive a defective product. Just return the defective product, following the directions below, and we will send you an identical replacement.


In the event that a liquid product was damaged or leaked during shipment, we will be happy to replace the damaged or leaky item. Please email customer service and you will be instructed on how to proceed
