Your purchase will be discreetly packaged and shipped in a plain brown box or padded envelope to ensure your privacy. Our return address will appear as "Shipping Department." The contents of the package are NEVER mentioned on the exterior package. Rest assured no one will suspect what pleasures await.

Over $60 = FREE standard ground shipping!
Under $60 = $5.99 flat-rate standard ground shipping.
We do not ship COD

Order Processing

Orders received Mon-Fri by 5 pm EST, will be shipped out within 1-2 business days (business days are Mon-Fri). Orders received on Sat or Sun before 5 pm EST, will be shipped out Mon or Tues.

If an item on your order is out of stock, we will ship out the in-stock items and notify you by e-mail or phone of the expected date of the out of stock item. Pre-order products are indicated on the product page and ship as soon as we receive stock.

Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding the following major holidays; New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Day After New Year’s, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Washington's Birthday (President's Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the Day after Christmas.

Methods Of Shipping

We ship UPS and US Mail for all domestic orders. International shipping by US Mail is available. We offer overnight, 2 day shipping with computerized shipping and tracking.  Another great optional feature we offer thru UPS and US Mail is email verification. If you provide an e-mail address, UPS or US Mail will send them an email with the tracking # and date shipped.


All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or short shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage please notify the carrier immediately and the driver notes the damage. Please save all original packaging and cartons for driver inspection. Contact our support team with the claim number.

Package Refused By Customer.

If a customer refuses delivery of a package and it is rerouted back to us, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus a 18% fee on the total purchase. The 18% is to compensate for the shipment, logistics, and other order processing costs.
